It is a superior FOAM cleaner with an exceptional solvency power on soil & oily matter & having good foaming qualities. It is free from Hydrocarbon solvents , Biodegradable and minimizes the extreme hazards to personnel in handling materials .
ALKALINE FOAM CLEANER is a concentrated, high-foaming alkaline detergent formulated for the removal of grease, oil, fat, protein, food residues, carbonaceous deposits, dirt and other organic soils from industrial equipment and hard surfaces.
The product generates a stable, clinging foam when applied through a foam cleaning machine, foam lance, pressure washer or foaming system. The foam increases contact time on vertical and difficult-to-reach surfaces, allowing the alkaline cleaning system to penetrate, emulsify and loosen heavy deposits. High-foam alkaline cleaners are commonly used on machinery, floors, walls, tanks, process equipment and other hard surfaces.
It is suitable for manual cleaning, foam cleaning, pressure washing, soak cleaning and selected machine-cleaning applications. Actual dilution should be adjusted according to soil load, temperature, equipment and substrate compatibility.

A commercial high-cling alkaline foam cleaner, for example, specifies approximately 2-5% for foam applications depending on soil load, with elevated temperature and contact time used to improve cleaning.
Always establish the final dilution through a site trial, particularly when cleaning painted, coated or non-ferrous surfaces.
Common way of applying RXSOL ALKALINE FOAM Liquid Detergent Cleaner is by Manual Cleaning, Soaking or Pressure Machines with applicable contact time 5-20 minutes.
